Car First Aid Kit That Saves Lives: What Should Be in Yours?

Samochodowa Apteczka Pierwszej Pomocy

A First Aid Kit-beyond its universal core components is ultimately a highly individual matter. Some people will add a tourniquet, others adrenaline or specific medications, or even a gas mask. In my case, I also carry specialized tick-removal forceps, as I often roam through forests, remote areas, and abandoned urban sites.

Below, I’ll list only the essential items recommended by a certified Polish Red Cross (PCK) instructor.
